Rolls of waves
Crash like a broken bird's wing
Echo of lost sailors song
Fill the grey clouds with heaviness
A splash
Hope sways
Inviting the new birth of blue space
Salt and foam
Spin and spill
Waves
Engulf the moment

Mother always said...
Mother said if you don't Eat your vegetables
you are goung to become fat
So fat that you won't be able
to get out of bed and play outside
You will be stuck on your bed
You will not have friends and
You will have wished you had listened to me
and ater your vegetables.
The brussel sprouts may look disgusting,
but give them a try.
Mother said Eat your vegetables or
you'll become fat.
you are goung to become fat
So fat that you won't be able
to get out of bed and play outside
You will be stuck on your bed
You will not have friends and
You will have wished you had listened to me
and ater your vegetables.
The brussel sprouts may look disgusting,
but give them a try.
Mother said Eat your vegetables or
you'll become fat.
Engine Number 5
Engine number 5
chugs along
The silhouette
the golden
etched
5 against
the red
metal
shimmers in the light
the street
of New York City
ablaze
with sirens
and fear
the playbills
of Broadway
flutter
as they wisp
up
into the dark sky
A single
light
at Tiffany's
waits
to be turned off
Engine number 5
chugs along
chugs along
The silhouette
the golden
etched
5 against
the red
metal
shimmers in the light
the street
of New York City

as they wisp

into the dark sky

Spotlight
Dancing in the moonlight
Skeletons of trees
Cast a darkness
On the wood
But the carnival continues
In the soul
Starry sky upon hope
The coulds soar
giving
The bride and groom
Their turn in the glow
Skeletons of trees
Cast a darkness
On the wood
But the carnival continues
In the soul
Starry sky upon hope
The coulds soar
giving
The bride and groom
Their turn in the glow
The Man in the Moon
The man in the moon
gazes down on me
his twinkling eyes
dance in his own light
his beams spary a
mist of dark
Comfort
I shine in his presence
he always brings me a gift
his children, the stars
His delicate work
weaves life's stories
with magical thread
a twist and curve of his head
sparks dreams
gazes down on me
his twinkling eyes
dance in his own light
his beams spary a
mist of dark
Comfort
I shine in his presence
he always brings me a gift
his children, the stars
His delicate work
weaves life's stories
with magical thread
a twist and curve of his head
sparks dreams
Alphabet Poem
A world of light
Beneath the darkness of night
Cowering in the shadows
Dawn breaks
Emerging bright
Freedom rings in my ears
Greeting my eyes with a pleasant sight
Higher and higher the sun ascends
Illuminating dark to white
Jumping colors splash into the scene
Knocking on my door with all its might
Life awakens as the morning rolls in
Monsters that were once a fight
Now tremble
Over the bridge and through the woods
Predators sleep tight
Quest of tomorrow can only come so soon
Right down,
Sun falls
Triumphant villians
Under evil and darkness
Voices
Whisper and shout, praying for the sun to come out
Yellow, orange, purple, pink
Zoom, the light prevails once more
Beneath the darkness of night
Cowering in the shadows
Dawn breaks
Emerging bright
Freedom rings in my ears
Greeting my eyes with a pleasant sight
Higher and higher the sun ascends
Illuminating dark to white
Jumping colors splash into the scene
Knocking on my door with all its might
Life awakens as the morning rolls in
Monsters that were once a fight
Now tremble
Over the bridge and through the woods
Predators sleep tight
Quest of tomorrow can only come so soon
Right down,
Sun falls
Triumphant villians
Under evil and darkness
Voices
Whisper and shout, praying for the sun to come out
Yellow, orange, purple, pink
Zoom, the light prevails once more
Soar of a Seagull
I saw a Seagull soar - when the world had come to an end
The Rift in the Sky
Was like the Rift in my Heart -
Between the Cries of Horror -
The Kingdom servants - had wrung the lands dry -
And the Ground was gathering firm
For our Saviors descends - when the Light
Strikes the Heavens - saves us all on Earth
I bid my keepsakes adieu -Signed away
What portion of mine be
Assignable - and it was then
There interposed a Seagull -
With White - unmistakable wing -
Between the Light - and Dark -
And then the Darkness faded - and then
I could only see Him
The Rift in the Sky
Was like the Rift in my Heart -
Between the Cries of Horror -
The Kingdom servants - had wrung the lands dry -
And the Ground was gathering firm
For our Saviors descends - when the Light
Strikes the Heavens - saves us all on Earth
I bid my keepsakes adieu -Signed away
What portion of mine be
Assignable - and it was then
There interposed a Seagull -
With White - unmistakable wing -
Between the Light - and Dark -
And then the Darkness faded - and then
I could only see Him
